Terms of service

These terms govern the subscription to the AI phone receptionist “Sofía”, provided under the WeksonDigit trading name. By creating an account or subscribing to a plan, you accept them.
In short: you try the service for 14 days with your card and no initial charge; the subscription starts when the trial ends; you can cancel anytime with effect at the end of the paid period; and you have a 30-day money-back guarantee counted from the first charge.

- Legal form: individual entrepreneur (autónoma under Spanish law). “WeksonDigit” is a trading name; there is no company.

The service
Sofía is an AI phone receptionist: she answers your business's calls, books, reschedules and cancels appointments in your calendar, and sends you a summary of every call. She works in Spanish, English and French depending on your configuration.
The service relies on external providers (telephony, calendar, payments). We work to keep it continuously available, but, like any online service, it can suffer interruptions beyond our control.
Account and signup
To subscribe you create an account with your email address, which you must verify. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity carried out from your account.
The 14-day trial
When you subscribe to a self-serve plan a card is requested, but nothing is charged that day: the first charge happens when the 14-day trial ends, unless you cancel before.
If you cancel during the trial, nothing is charged.
Pricing, subscription and top-ups
The applicable prices are those published on the pricing page at the moment you subscribe; they are shown excluding VAT, and applicable taxes are added and shown before payment. The subscription renews automatically for equal periods (monthly or, where offered and chosen, annual) until you cancel.
Minute top-ups are not available yet.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Before you enter your card, Stripe shows the exact amount that will be charged.
30-day money-back guarantee
If the service doesn't convince you, we refund you: write to service@weksondigit.com within 30 calendar days of the FIRST charge of your subscription and we will refund that first charge.
The period counts from the first charge, not from signup: the 14 trial days do not consume the guarantee.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime by writing to service@weksondigit.com from your account's email address; once the billing panel offers direct cancellation, from there too.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: your assistant keeps working until then and no further charges are made.
Data protection
The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy policy. If your business entrusts us with processing your clients' data (for example, callers' data), we will formalise with you the data-processing agreement the GDPR requires before going live.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will fall to the competent courts under the applicable rules; if you act as a consumer, those of your domicile.
